Many producers live in very remote areas of Bali and it is difficult to communicate with them; for example because they only speak the Balinese language.

Our communication:
Of course we communicate with our producers in their native language. We know them for long time and work with them on a daily basis. We are in the workshops and know most of the workers personally.

Our information’s are immediately send to you by e-mail and documented by digital photography. So you are always informed about your order –like when you would visit the producers yourself.

Our prices are very moderate. Our price list is the guide line for all prices. As a regular customer we can offer you special discounts on products that you like to order again and again, because our work with this products and with the producers involved can be organized much easier.
